Passionflower
Circular Thinking
Passionflower is a climbing plant native to South America and the East Indies, it has unique and handsome flowers amd is a popular ornamental in Italy and Germany, where it is grown on sunny verandas and walls. This herb is a nervine, sedative, antispasmodic, and anxiolytic herb. It has the “most” defined sedating effect of all nervines. The significant indication of the need for passionflower is circular thinking that causes insomnia. When you can’t shut off your mind at night, laying in bed thinking about the day, yesterday, tomorrow, last month, next month, what if this, and if only that.
